Bars & Tone Can Be Spooky

This tutorial explains how I created an eerie sounding atmosphere by adding the pitch shifter effect in Adobe Premiere to SMPTE “bars & tone.” The spooky public service announcement took a unique approach to the topic of raking leaves.
